OUR FOUNDER
De’Myra N. Gallo—an educator with 20+ years of experience—launched R.E.S.E.T after navigating her own career switch into teaching and discovering a critical lack of support for new educators. From classroom teacher to assistant principal, her roles (lead teacher, department chair, academic coach, mental‑health specialist, dean of students, and more) give her a unique, 360° view of what it takes to train, retain, and uplift educators.
