Principles of Leadership

Principles of Leadership is a transformative course designed to develop leaders who are grounded in character, resilience, and servant-hearted influence. Rooted in faith-based values, this course challenges participants to redefine leadership not as position or power, but as purpose, obedience, and stewardship.

Participants will explore what it means to endure the process, recognizing that growth, preparation, and refinement are essential parts of God’s leadership development. A key focus of the course is leading through following, understanding submission as a strength rather than a weakness. Students will learn how effective leadership begins with obedience—to God, to authority, and to divine order—creating unity, trust, and sustainable influence.
